New South Wales:
Made under the Boarding Houses Act 2012 (NSW):
Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW) amended by the COVID-19 Legislation Amendment (Emergency Measures—Miscellaneous) Act 2020 (NSW): provides that, despite a general prohibition on applying for a certificate of registration under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW) within one year of the expiry or cancellation of a previous certificate of registration, an application of that kind may be made, if: (a) the application is made within one year after the commencement of s 26B(1) of the Act; and (b) the applicant previously held a certificate that expired or was cancelled within one year before the commencement of s 26B(1) of the Act.
